Product shipping is calculated by weight at time of purchase. Australian and overseas rates apply. All shipping operates through Australia Post. Customers will receive their tracking number through their nominated email. Free shipping will be provided to any order over $300.00 AUD inc GST. Lords of Lashes guarantee shipment from our facility within 24 hours of purchase.
Lords of Lashes is located South Brisbane. Local pick up is also available. As above, you will receive an SMS/email that your order is ready for collection which will include all instructions including our full address. Free Pick up hours are between 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays-Hours may vary). Local pick up orders are stored in our black pick up box located beside our stairs to our front door. If you have purchased our Ultra Bond Adhesive or Super Bonder your order will be inside, stored appropriately in a cool place during summer
