SHIPPING

Shipping is available to all cities and rural areas across Australia & New Zealand. All prices listed are exclusive of GST. Product shipping is calculated by weight at time of purchase. All shipping operates through Australia Post. Customers will receive their tracking number via your nominated email. FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING for all orders over $300.00 AUD inc GST. Lords of Lashes guarantee shipment from our facility within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed at an Australia Post facility, please allow 1 - 2 business days for Express Shipping to all Local & Metro areas & 3 - 5 business days for Standard. For orders to New Zealand please allow 7-10 business days.

Lords of Lashes is not liable for any delays caused by couriers. Incorrect or damaged goods must be reported to lordsoflashes@gmail.com within 2 days (48 hours) of goods being received. Any disputes after this time may be regarded as full closure of the matter. Store credit, a replacement or refund may be given once your query has been finalised within 7 business days.

PICK UP

Local pick up is also available. Lords of Lashes is located South Brisbane. As above, you will receive an SMS/email once your order is ready for collection which includes our full address. Your order will not be ready for collection if you have not received this collection notice.

Pick up hours are between 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

Pick up orders are stored in our Covid safe collection box outside. If you have purchased our Ultra Bond Adhesive or Super Bonder your order will be inside, stored appropriately in a cool place.  

Due to Covid-19 infection control procedures, we do not accept in store returns. Please appeal queries and photo evidence of any faulty products or wrongful purchases to lordsoflashes@gmail.com within 2 days (48 hours) of the goods received.

Store credit, a replacement or refund may be given once your query has been finalised within 7 business days. Customers agree that once an order has been placed, if they have not cancelled an order or requested a refund via electronic communication, that any amount owing will be settled before goods are received. All prices listed are in Australian Dollars exclusive of GST. All user instructions contained on this site and on our products should be followed at all times. Lords of Lashes does not accept any liability for any injury caused by the use or misuse of all products purchased from Lords of Lashes.
